၄င္း၏ မူလ ပိုင္ရႇင္မႇာWiFi Allance ျဖစ္ကာTEEE 802.11 ၏ Specification မ်ားတြင္ အေျခခံထားေသာ WLAN တစ္ခုပင္ျဖစ္သည္။ WiFi ကို Mobile Computing မ်ားတြင္ အဓိကထား အသံုးျပဳကာ Laptop မ်ားတြင္ Wireless LAN ခ်ိတ္ျခင္း၌ ပို၍ အားသန္ေပသည္။ ယခုအခါတြင္ Internet အပါအ၀င္ VOIP Phone Access မ်ား Gamming Application မ်ား TV | DVD မ်ားတြင္ပါ WiFi သံုး၍ ႀကိဳးအသံုးျပဳျခင္းကို ေလ်ာ့ခ်လာႏုိင္ၿပီ ျဖစ္သည္။ ေနာက္ ဆံုးေတြ႕ရႇိလာရေသာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအရ WiFi ကို ကားမ်ားတြင္ပါ အသံုးျပဳကာ Highway ၌ Mobile Commerce ရရႇိႏုိင္ရန္အတြက္ဟုပင္ ဆိုေနၾကၿပီ ျဖစ္သည္။

WiFi သမုိင္းကို လႇည့္ၾကည့္ျခင္း

WiFi ၏ မူလပိုင္ရႇင္မႇာWiFi Allance ျဖစ္ကာWiFi Trade Mark ကို ပိုင္ဆိုင္ေသာ စီးပြားေရးအဖြဲ႕အစည္း တစ္ခုျဖစ္သည္။ WiFi ဆိုသည္မႇာ LAN ၏ နည္းပညာႏႇင့္ Method မ်ားကို IEEE 802.11 ကို ရည္ညႊန္းျခင္းျဖစ္ သည္။ WiFi Allance ကို ၁၉၉၉ တုန္းက(WECA) Wireless Ethernet Compatibility Alliance နာမည္ျဖင့္ စခဲ့ သည္။ WECA ကို ေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္ WiFi Alliance ဟု နာမည္ ေျပာင္းလိုက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ WECA တြင္ ပါ၀င္သူ မ်ားမႇာ -

ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ၊ တယ္လီဖုန္း၊ PDA စေသာ WiFi ပစၥည္း မ်ားကို ကိုင္ေဆာင္အသံုးျပဳထားသူမ်ားသည္ Access Point ရႇိပါက Internet ကို ခ်ိတ္ဆက္အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္မည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ Access Point သည္ တစ္ခုျဖစ္ေစ၊ တစ္ခုထက္ ပို၍ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနေသာ Region ကို Hot Spot ဟု ေခၚသည္။ ၄င္း Hot Spot မ်ားလာျခင္းျဖင့္ မိုင္ေပါင္း မ်ားစြာ ပမာဏထိ WiFi သံုးႏုိင္သည္။

WiFi အလုပ္လုပ္ပံု Wireless Network ရႇိေသာ ေလဆိပ္၊ စာၾကည့္ တိုက္၊ ေကာ္ဖီဆိုင္ႏႇင့္ ေဟာ္တယ္တို့တြင္ WiFi ျဖင့္ အင္တာနက္ အသံုးျပဳ၍ရရႇိမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ Wireless Network သည္ ကုန္က်စရိတ္သက္သာၿပီး အလြယ္တကူ Setup လုပ္ႏိုင္သည္။ Wireless Network မ်ားတြင္ Radio Wave ကိုသံုးထားကာ Cellphone| Television ႏႇင့္ ေရဒီယိုမ်ားကဲ့သို့ပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။ Wireless Network မ်ား ကို ဆက္သြယ္မႈျပဳလုပ္ေသာအခါ Two Way Radio Communication ႏႇင့္ အေတာ္ပုံသဏၭာန္တူေပသည္။ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ၏ Wireless Adapter သည္ Data မ်ားကို Radio Signal အျဖစ္ေျပာင္းလဲကာ အင္တာနက္ကို သံုးၿပီး Transmit လုပ္ႏုိင္သည္။

၄င္းကို Wireless Router က လက္ခံရယူကာ Signal ကို Decode ျပန္လုပ္ႏုိင္သည္။ WiFi ဆက္သြယ္မႈတြင္ အသံုးျပဳေသာ Radio Wave သည္ Walkie Talkie| Cellphone မ်ားတြင္ သံုးေသာ Radio Wave ႏႇင့္ အလားသ႑ာန္တူသည္။ ၄င္း Radio Wave မ်ားကို Transmit လုပ္ႏုိင္သလို Receive လည္း လုပ္ႏုိင္ေပသည္။ ထုိ့အျပင္ Radio Wave မ်ားကို ဒီဂ်စ္တယ္ 1 ႏႇင့္ 0 အျဖစ္ ေျပာင္းလဲႏုိင္သလို၊ ဒီဂ်စ္တယ္ 1 ႏႇင့္ 0 မ်ားကို Radio Wave အျဖစ္လည္း ေျပာင္းလဲေပးႏုိင္စြမ္း ရႇိသည္။ သို့ေသာ္ WiFi Radio သည္ Cellphone မွ Radioႏႇင့္ သ႑ာန္ တူေသာ္လည္း ကြဲျပားမႈမ်ားရႇိေနေသးသည္။ ၄င္းတို့မႇာ-

(၁) WiFi သည္ Frequencies 2.4 GHZ (သို႕) GHZ ျဖင့္ Transmit လုပ္သည္။ ၄င္းသည္ Cellphone | Walkie Talkie ႏႇင့္ Television တို့တြင္သံုးေသာ Frequency ထက္ ပိုျမင့္ကာ Data ပမာဏမ်ားမ်ားကို သယ္ယူႏုိင္သည္။

(၂) WiFi သည္ 802.11 Networking စံကို အသံုး ျပဳသည္။

(၃) WiFi သည္ 802.11b, 802.11g, 80211a တို႕ ျဖင့္ Transmit လုပ္ႏိုင္ကာ၊ Interference ကို ေလ်ာခ်ေပး ႏိုင္ၿပီး၊ Wireless connection ကို တစ္ၿပိဳင္တည္း အသံုးျပဳ ေနေသာ မတူညီသည့္ပစၥည္းမ်ားအတြက္ အဆင္ေျပေစ ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

WAP (Wireless Access Point)

Wireless Access Point သည္ Wireless Station အုပ္စုမ်ားကို ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ထားကာ နီးရာ Wire ျဖင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ထားေသာ LAN မ်ားကို ဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ မိမိတြင္႐ႇိၿပီးသား ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအခ်ဳိ႕ႏႇင့္ ကြန္ယက္တစ္ခု ႐ႇိခဲ့ရင္ WAP လုပ္ႏိုင္မႇာ ျဖစ္သည္။ Access Point ဆိုသည္မႇာ Ethernet Hub ႏႇင့္ ဆင္တူေပသည္။

Wireless Router

Wireless Router Cable Modem (သို့) DSL တို့ျဖင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ကာ WiFi ပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ PDA ႏႇင့္ Laptop တို့ျဖင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ႏိုင္သည္။ Wireless Router သည္ Wireless Access Point ျဖစ္ၿပီး Ethernet Hub ႏႇင့္္ ဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္သည္။ ထို့အျပင္ Wireless Router သည္ IP Packets မ်ားကို Wireless Subnet ႏႇင့္ အျခားေသာ Subnet မ်ားၾကားသို့ ေပးပို့ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

Wireless Ethernet Bridge

Wireless Ethernet Bridge သည္ မတူညီေသာ Network (၂ ) ကို အလြယ္တကူ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ေပးႏိုင္မႇာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

WiFi ႏွင့္ Operation System

Microsoft Window XP သည္ WiFi ကို ေကာင္းစြာ Support လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္စြမ္း႐ႇိေသာ္လည္း WAP2 ကိုေတာ့ Support ကို လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္မႈ မရႇိေခ်။

Microsoft Window Vista မႇာ XP ထက္ WiFi ကိုပို Support လုပ္ေပးကာ Network အလိုအေလ်ာက္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ႏိုင္သည္။

Mac OSX သည္လည္း WiFi ႏႇင့္ WPA 2 ကိုလည္း Support လုပ္ေပးႏုိင္သည္။

Linux သည္ WiFi Card အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကို ေထာက္ပံ့မႈ ျပဳလုပ္ေပးႏုိင္ပါသည္။

WiFi ၏ အားသာခ်က္မ်ား

WiFi ၏ ေကာင္းက်ဳိးေၾကာင့္ LAN မ်ားကို ႀကိဳး မပါပဲ တပ္ဆင္ေပးႏုိင္ပါသည္။ ယခုဆိုလွ်င္ WiFi Product မ်ားကို ေစ်းသက္သာ စြာျဖင့္ ေစ်းကြက္တြင္ က်ယ္ျပန့္စြာရရႇိေနၿပီျဖစ္သည္။ WiFi ၏ အားသာခ်က္ေၾကာင့္ ေက်ာင္းမ်ား၊ ႐ံုးမ်ား တြင္ အခ်ိန္မေရြး အင္တာနက္သံုးႏုိင္ၿပီး၊ လူမ်ား အလြယ္ တကူ ဆက္သြယ္ႏုိင္ၿပီ ျဖစ္သည္။ WiFi မႇာ အျပန့္က်ယ္လာသည္ႏႇင့္အမွ် Public Hot Spots ေပါင္း ၂၅၀၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္ရႇိၿပီး သန္းႏႇင့္ခ်ီေသာ အိမ္ သံုး၊ ႐ံုးသံုး User မ်ား ကမၻာအႏႇံ့ရႇိေနၿပီ ျဖစ္သည္။

WiFi ၏ အားနည္းခ်က္မ်ား

5 GHz ႏႇင့္ အလုပ္လုပ္ေသာ 802.11 a မႇလြဲ၍ 2.4 GHz အသံုးျပဳထားေသာ WiFi မ်ားသည္ တိက်ေသာ Frequency မဟုတ္၍ ေနရာအလိုက္အနည္းငယ္ကြဲျပား ေနတတ္ကာ၊ တည္ၿငိမ္မႈနည္းသည္။ WiFi သည္ တျခားေသာပစၥည္းမ်ားႏႇင့္စာလွ်င္ Power အသံုးျပဳမႈမ်ားေသာေၾကာင့္ Battery ျမန္ျမန္ ကုန္ႏုိင္သည္။ Wireless Network Range မႇာ အတိုင္းအတာ ကန့္ သတ္ခ်က္ရႇိကာ အိမ္အတြင္း ေပ ၁၅၀ (၄၅)မီတာႏႇင့္ အျမင့္ေပ ၃၀၀ (မီတာ ၉၀) ထိသာ သံုးႏုိင္မႇာ ျဖစ္သည္။

အရင္တပတ္က အာဏာရခဲ့တဲ့ ဒီမိုကရက္အစိုးရရဲ့ ဝန္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ျဖစ္ခဲ့သူ အဘီဆစ္က သူတို႔ပါတီ ရံႈးနိမ့္ၿပီး ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီ ႏုိင္သြားတယ္ ဆိုတာကို သိတာနဲ႔ တၿပိဳင္နက္ထဲ အစိုးရသစ္ရဲ့ ဝန္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ေလာင္းျဖစ္သူ ယဥ္လတ္ကို တယ္လီဖုန္း ဆက္ၿပီး လူသိရွင္ၾကား ဂုဏ္ျပဳစကား ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ တဖက္ကရံႈးလို႔ ႏုိင္တဲ့ဖက္ကို အပုတ္ခ်တဲ့ အသေရဖ်က္တဲ့ စကားမ်ဳိး မေျပာဆိုဘဲ ခ်ီးက်ဴးဂုဏ္ျပဳ စကားေျပာၾကားတယ္ ဆိုတာ အားလံုးအတြက္ မဂၤလာရိွတဲ့ အေျခအေနလို႔လည္း ဆိုႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါကလည္း ၂ဝ၁၁ ခုႏွစ္မွာ က်င္းပခဲ့တဲ့ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဟာ လြတ္လပ္ၿပီး တရားမွ်တယ္ဆိုတဲ့ အေျခအေန ေၾကာင့္ ေပၚေပါက္လာရတဲ့ အက်ဳိးဆက္လို႔လည္း ဆိုႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လို႔ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဟာ လြတ္လပ္မႈမရိွဘူး၊ မဲဆႏၵရွင္ ျပည္သူေတြဟာ တဖက္ဖက္ကို ေၾကာက္ေနရတယ္၊ မဲခိုးမယ္ မဲလိမ္မယ္၊ မဲဝယ္မယ္ ဆိုတာမ်ဳိးေတြ ႏုိင္ငံနဲ႔ အဝွမ္း ျဖစ္ခဲ့တယ္ဆိုရင္ ၿပိဳင္ဖက္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးပါတီေတြဟာ တဦးနဲ႔တဦး မေခၚမေျပာႏုိင္ဘဲ ရန္လိုတဲ့ စကားမ်ားသာ ၾကားရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုသာ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ရင္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဟာ လိမ္စဥ္ႀကီးတခုလို ျဖစ္သြားၿပီး ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ က်င္းပတာသာ အဖတ္တင္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အဲတာေၾကာင့္ ႏုိင္ငံသားေတြ အတြက္လည္း အက်ဳိးရိွမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။

ေနာက္တခ်က္ကေတာ့ ယဥ္လတ္ဦးေဆာင္တဲ့ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီဟာ ဘာေၾကာင့္ အလံုးအရင္းနဲ႔ ႏုိင္သြားတာလည္း ဆိုတာ ကို ေလ့လာ့သင့္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ေၾကာင္းကို နည္းနည္းျပန္ေျပာရရင္ ဒီမိုကရက္ပါတီဟာ ဟိုတုန္းကထဲက ေအာက္ေျခ ျပည္သူ လူထုနဲ႔ ထိေတြ႔မႈ နည္းပါးပါတယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ ေတာနယ္လူတန္းစားေတြနဲ႔ ေဝးကြာေနၿပီး ၿမိဳ႔ေပၚ လူလတ္ တန္းစား ပညာတတ္မ်ား အၾကားမွာသာ ေရပန္းစားပါတယ္။ ဖုဝထိုင္း ပါတီကေတာ့ ယဥ္လတ္ရဲ့အကိုျဖစ္သူ တပ္ဆင္ လက္ထက္တုန္းက “ထုိင္းရပ္ထုိင္းပါတီ” အမည္နဲ႔ ရပ္တည္ခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ေနာက္ပုိင္းမွာ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီအျဖစ္ အမည္ ေျပာင္းခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ေျပာရမယ္ဆိုရင္ တပ္ဆင္ဝန္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္အျဖစ္ အစိုးရကို ဦးေဆာင္ေနတဲ့ လက္ထက္တုန္းက သူတို႔လည္း ေျခာက္ပစ္ကင္း သဲလဲစင ္အစိုးရမ်ဳိးေတာ့ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း တပ္ဆင္ဟာ သူ႔ရဲ့ အက်ဳိးစီးပြားကို ၾကည့္သလို တခ်ိန္ထဲမွာလည္း ေတာနယ္ေတြမွာ ကုန္ထုပ္လုပ္ငန္းေတြ တိုးတက္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးခဲ့ဘူးပါတယ္။ သက္ဆုိင္ရာ နယ္ေျမေဒသတခု ခ်င္းစီရဲ့ မတူကြဲျပားတဲ့ ထုတ္ကုန္ေတြ ေစ်းကြက္မွာ သြက္သြက္ေရာင္းႏုိင္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ေျမသိမ္းတာေတြ ယာသိမ္းတာေတြ ေတာင္ၿဖိဳတာေတြ မလုပ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ အဲတာအျပင္ ထုိင္းျပည္သူေတြ က်န္းမာေရး အတြက္ ေဆးရံုတခါျပ ဘတ္ ၃ဝ (ျမန္မာက်ပ္ေငြ ၉ဝဝ ခန္႔) စီမံကိန္းဟာလည္း လူႀကိဳက္မ်ား ေထာက္ခံခဲ့တဲ့ ကိစၥ ျဖစ္ပါ တယ္။ အဲဒီအက်ဳိးဆက္ကို ညီမျဖစ္သူ ယဥ္လတ္ လက္ထက္မွာ ဆက္လက္ခံစား ရတယ္လို႔ ဆိုရင္လည္း မမွားပါဘူး။

ေနာက္ထပ္တခ်က္ကေတာ့ ရွပ္နီေတြ အတုိက္ခံဘဝက ဘန္ေကာက္ၿမိဳ႔က လမ္းေတြေပၚမွာ အႀကီးအက်ယ္ ဆႏၵျပ ေနတုန္း အာဏာရ ဒီမိုကရက္အစိုးရက စစ္တပ္ကို အသံုးျပဳၿပီး ႏိွမ္နင္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ေမလအတြင္းမွာ ျဖစ္ခဲ့တာပါ။ အဲသလို အင္အားသံုး ႏိွမ္နင္းတဲ့အတြက္ လူေပါင္း ၉ဝ ခန္႔ ေသဆံုးခဲ့ရၿပီး လူေပါင္း ၂ဝဝဝ နီးပါး ဒဏ္ရာရရိွခဲ့တယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ ၂ဝ၁၁ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမွာ ဒီမိုကရက္ပါတီ မဲအရနည္းတာ အဲဒီ အခ်က္ေၾကာင့္လည္း ပါတယ္လို႔ ေျပာႏုိင္ပါ တယ္။ အဲတာအျပင္ ၂ဝဝ၆ ခုႏွစ္တုန္းက တပ္ဆင္ဦးေဆာင္တဲ့ အရပ္သား အစိုးရကို စစ္တပ္က အာဏာသိမ္းၿပီး ျဖဳတ္ခ် လုိက္တာကို ထုိင္းႏုိင္ငံသား အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားက ေနာက္ပုိင္းမွာ လက္မခံပါဘူး။ ဆိုလိုတာကေတာ့ လူထုမဲဆႏၵနဲ႔ တက္လာတဲ့ အရပ္သား အစိုးရကို စစ္တပ္က အာဏာသိမ္း ျဖဳတ္ခ်တယ္ဆိုတာ ဒီမိုကေရစီကို ထိပါးျခင္းလို႔ ယူဆတဲ့ အတြက္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

တဖက္မွာလည္း ျပန္ၾကည့္မယ္ဆိုရင္ ထုိင္းႏုိင္ငံဟာ စီးပြားေရးတိုးတက္လာၿပီး ၿမိဳ႔ျပယဥ္ေက်းမႈ တိုးျမင့္လာေနေပမယ့္ ကေန႔ကာလအထိ ေက်းလက္အေျခခံ လူဦးေရက အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား ရိွေနပါေသးတယ္။ အဲတာေၾကာင့္ ယဥ္လတ္ရဲ့ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီက ေက်းလက္က လူထုေတြအတြက္ ေကာင္းက်ဳိးကို ပိုလို႔ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးမယ္လို႔ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအႀကိဳ မဲဆြယ္ကာလေတြမွာ ကတိကဝတ္ေတြ ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အခုလက္ရိွ ကာလမွာလည္း ထုိင္းႏုိင္ငံမွာ ကုန္ေစ်းႏႈန္းေတြက ျမင့္တက္လာေနပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ႏုိင္ငံသားအားလံုးရဲ့ သက္သာေခ်ာင္ခ်ိမႈကိုလည္း ဦးစားေပး ေဆာင္ရြက္မယ္လို႔ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီက ေႂကြးေက်ာ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအထဲမွာ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီက ေတာင္သူလယ္သမားေတြနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ ေပၚလစီတခုကို ခ်မွတ္ပါတယ္။

အဲဒီေပၚလစီကေတာ့ သူတို႔သာ အာဏာရလာခဲ့ရင္ ထုိင္းဆန္ အေကာင္းစား တတန္ရဲ့ တန္ဖုိးကို ဘတ္ႏွစ္ေသာင္း၊ ပုံမွန္ဆန္ တတန္ရဲ့ တန္ဖိုးဆိုရင္ ဘတ္တေသာင္းငါးေထာင္ အထိ ေစ်းရေစရမယ္လို႔ ဖုဝထိုင္း ပါတီက အတိအလင္း အာမခံ ေျပာၾကား ထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အရင္တုန္းက လယ္သမားေတြ စုိက္ပ်ဳိးလို႔ ထြက္လာတဲ့ ဆန္စပါးေတြအေပၚမွာ စပါးႀကိတ္ခဲြတဲ့ စက္ရံုပုိင္ရွင္ေတြ၊ ကုန္သည္ပြဲစားေတြက ၾကားကေန ေခါင္းပံုျဖတ္တဲ့အတြက္ လယ္သမားေတြဟာ စပါးစုိက္ပ်ဳိးျခင္းကေန အျမတ္အစြန္း ရတယ္ဆိုေပမယ့္ ရသင့္ သေလာက္ အျမတ္ကို မရရိွခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီက အာမခံၿပီး လယ္သမားေတြအတြက္ ေနာင္မွာ စပါးေစ်း တန္ရာတန္ေၾကး ရေစရမယ္လို႔ အာမခံခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုအခ်က္ ေတြကလည္း ဖုဝထိုင္းပါတီ မဲပိုရေစဖို႔ အေၾကာင္း အရင္း မ်ားထဲက တခ်က္လို႔ ဆိုႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

ျပန္ခ်ဳပ္ရမယ္ဆိုရင္ ထုိင္းျပည္သူေတြရဲ့ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေတာင္းဆိုသံဟာ ျမင့္မားတယ္ ဆိုတာကို ျမင္ႏုိင္သလို တုိင္းျပည္မွာ ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေရးျပႆနာ ေတြကို ေအးေအးခ်မ္းခ်မ္းနဲ႔ ဒီမိုကေရစီေဘာင္ထဲက ေျဖရွင္းလိုတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ဆႏၵကုိ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ဝ၁၁ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကေန တဆင့္ ျမင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ ၂ဝ၁၅ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ မတုိင္မီ အခုလက္ရိွ ရင္ဆုိင္ ေနတဲ့ ျပႆနာကေတာ့ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုအေျခခံ ဥပေဒျပင္ဆင္ေရး ကိစၥျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုအေျခခံဥပေဒထဲက အခ်က္အလက္ အေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ မတရားတဲ့ ျပဌာန္းခ်က္ေတြ ျဖစ္ေနတယ္လို႔ ေထာက္ျပတာေတြကိုလည္း ၾကားသိေနရပါတယ္။

တဖက္မွာလည္း ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုကို ျပင္ဆင္ဖို႔ ဆႏၵမရိွတဲ့ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းေတြ လူပုဂၢိဳလ္ေတြ ရိွေနတာကိုလည္း ျမင္ရျပန္ပါတယ္။ အကယ္၍ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံုအေျခခံဥပေဒ ျပင္ဆင္ဖို႔အတြက္ သေဘာထားကြဲလြဲၾကလို႔ ဆႏၵျပပြဲေတြ ေတာင္းဆိုပြဲေတြ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာခဲ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ လက္ရိွ အာဏာရအစိုးရ အေနနဲ႔ ဘယ္လို ေျဖရွင္းမလဲ ဆိုတာကလည္း ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရဦးမွာပါ။ အခုျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနတဲ့ ကိစၥအဝဝ၊ ျပႆနာ အေထြေထြေတြကို အင္အားသံုး ေျဖရွင္းျခင္း မျပဳဘဲ၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေဘာင္ထဲကေန ၿငိမ္းၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းခ်မ္း ေျဖရွင္းၾကမယ္ဆိုရင္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံသားေတြ တိုးတက္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးလာဖို႔ အုတ္ျမစ္ေကာင္း ခ်ေပး သလို ျဖစ္လိမ့္မယ္ဆိုတာကို ေျပာလိုပါေၾကာင္း။
